Agreement
By using PKG Folderizer’s cloud save features (vault backup/restore and optional Google Drive or Dropbox linking), you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use those features.
The service
We provide a free, best-effort service that lets you upload save backups from a jailbroken or otherwise modified PlayStation 5 running PKG Folderizer, store them on our servers, and optionally copy them to a cloud account you authorize. Features may change, rate limits may apply, and storage per console is limited.
Eligibility and accounts
- You must be allowed to use Google and/or Dropbox under their own terms when you connect those providers.
- You are responsible for activity under your console install id and under any Google or Dropbox account you link.
- Do not attempt to access another user’s vault, link codes, or tokens.
Your content and rights
You retain rights to your save data. You grant us a limited license to store, transmit, and (if you link a provider) upload that data solely to provide the feature you requested. You confirm you have the right to back up and restore the saves you upload.
PKG Folderizer and this service are not affiliated with Sony Interactive Entertainment, Google LLC, or Dropbox, Inc. PlayStation, Google Drive, and Dropbox names are trademarks of their respective owners.
Acceptable use
- Use the service only for personal save backup and restore through PKG Folderizer
- Do not upload malware, unlawful content, or data you are not allowed to possess
- Do not probe, overload, or circumvent rate limits, authentication, or quotas
- Do not use linked Google or Dropbox access for anything other than the mirroring this app performs
We may suspend or delete data that violates these terms or threatens the service.
Third-party services
Google Drive and Dropbox are optional. Their terms and privacy policies apply to those providers. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or account actions by Google or Dropbox.
No warranty
The software and cloud service are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Homebrew and modified consoles carry inherent risk. Backups may fail, become corrupted, or be deleted. Keep local copies of important saves.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Desstann Software and its contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of saves, data, profits, or goodwill, arising from use of the service—even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim relating to cloud saves is limited to the amount you paid us for that service in the prior twelve months (which is typically zero).
Homebrew disclaimer
Using unofficial software on a PlayStation console may violate platform terms, void warranties, or carry legal risk in your jurisdiction. You use PKG Folderizer and cloud saves entirely at your own risk.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time and revoke Google/Dropbox access from those providers. We may modify or discontinue cloud features with or without notice. Provisions that by nature should survive (disclaimer, liability limits, governing language) survive termination.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. The “Last updated” date will change accordingly. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
